The administrators of the website www.lawyerit.pl (hereinafter referred to as the “website”) and authors of the blog published on it are (i) Iga Reguła-Szeląg, operating a business under the name Kancelaria Radcy Prawnego Iga Reguła-Szeląg with its registered office in Kraków, ul. Żabiniec 38, Apt. 22, 31-215 Kraków, a legal counsel registered with the District Bar Association of Legal Advisers in Kraków (KR-4272), and (ii) Tomasz Wit Szeląg, operating a business under the name Tomasz Wit Szeląg Kancelaria Radcy Prawnego with its registered office in Kraków, ul. Pod Fortem 3, Apt. 42, a legal counsel registered with the District Bar Association of Legal Advisers in Kraków (KR-4502). The administrators of the website act as joint data controllers. Detailed information regarding the protection of personal data and the contact details of the joint controllers can be found in the “Information Clause” section. The administrators of the website process personal data according to the principles specified in the above clause, using appropriate technical and organizational measures.
2. The content of the website is protected by copyright. The use of any part of the website, publication, content, or graphics contained on it without the consent of the administrators is prohibited. It is forbidden for users to use the website unlawfully or to submit content of such nature (e.g., via the contact form).

In response to the received correspondence, the legal counsels managing the website will contact the user to determine the details of the cooperation. We inform you that Kancelaria Radcy Prawnego Iga Reguła-Szeląg and Kancelaria Radcy Prawnego Tomasz Wit Szeląg provide legal services based on individually concluded contracts with clients, following the agreement of the scope of services and the fee. The proposed terms of the contract will be provided to the client, agreed upon, and signed before the commencement of services, taking into account the form in which the services will be performed.
